Internal management within the Ministry of Economy is carried out in accordance with the Personnel Policy, developed for the implementation of the Concept on Personnel in the Public Service approved by the Decision of the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova No. 1227-XV of 18 July 2002, the Law on the Civil Service and the Status of Civil Servants, No.158-XVI of 04 July 2008 and the Government Decision on the implementation of the provisions of the Law No.158-XVI of 04 July 2008 on the Civil Service and the Status of Civil Servants, No.201 of 11.03.2009.
