Access to and re-use of public information
Ministry of Economic Development and Digitalization informs that the provision of official information is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Law no.982-XIV of 11 May 2000 on access to information.
Information made available by the Ministry of Economic Development and Digitalization and Infrastructure may be reused in accordance with the “Conditions for accessing and re-using public sector information“, based on a applications according to the pre-established modelChisinau, Piața Marii Adunări Naționale 1, MD-2012, or placed in the mailbox, located in the Government House (Bănulescu Bodoni Street).
The applicant also has the possibility to submit the application signed with a digital signature via electronic mail to – secretariat@mei.gov.md.
