The documents and extracts from the registry for road transport operators and economic agents will be issued in electronic format.
A new digitized process has been launched. The National Auto Transport Agency will issue the permissive documents and extracts in electronic format. The new digital solution will streamline the process of issuing documents by ANTA and will save time for road transport operators and economic agents.
The system’s mechanism will generate the series, number, and QR code for the following permissive documents and extracts from nationally covered registers: coordination of routes documents, special transport authorization, authorization for road vehicle weighing activity, extracts from the Register of Road Transport Operators, etc.
The digital process was implemented with the support of the USAID Institutional and Structural Reforms Program in Moldova (MISRA) within the project for developing the Routes Register module and other functionalities of the SIA „e-Autorizație Transport”.
We mention that currently we record over 43% of digitized services for entrepreneurs, and the Ministry of Economic Development and Digitalization aims to fully digitize all services.
In a short time, the Government is set to approve the Digital Transformation Strategy of the Republic of Moldova for the years 2021-2030.
