Get your social benefits certificate online, quickly and conveniently, directly through MCabinet
Chisinau, March 19, 2024: The National House of Social Insurance (CNAS) launches a new electronic service, allowing citizens to obtain their social benefits certificate online, through the Government Citizen Portal (mcabinet.gov.md).
The benefits of using the online service are:
- Rapidity: The certificate can be obtained in real-time, without the need to visit a physical counter.
- Safety: The certificate is electronically signed, holding the same legal value as a document issued on paper.
- Convenience: The certificate can be downloaded and stored in electronic format, making it easily accessible when needed.
How to obtain the online certificate:
- With electronic signature, access the Governmental Citizen Portal (mcabinet.gov.md);
- Access your personal citizen cabinet and select the data block ,,Social Insurance, CNAS”.
- Press the ,,Request Certificate for Social Benefits” button.
- View and download the certificate.
Throughout the year 2023, a total of 21,585 certificates were issued in paper format from the public social insurance system.
The electronic service was developed by CNAS with the support of the Electronic Governance Agency and falls within the strategy to digitize 100% of public services provided by 2030.
