In the field of international economic cooperation, the Ministry of Economy has focused its activity on boosting bilateral relations with foreign partners and multilateral cooperation within regional economic organizations, in order to support the process of promoting economic reforms.
A significant contribution to the establishment of economic ties between countries is made by the Intergovernmental Commissions, which give dynamism to the relations of collaboration and reciprocity in the economic, social and cultural dialogue and the exchange of experience and positive practices between the Republic of Moldova and partner countries.
The expansion of the bilateral legal framework regulating trade-economic and investment relations is another direction of activity carried out by the Ministry of Economy in this field, this exercise having as a basic purpose the exploitation of the cooperation potential between the Republic of Moldova and foreign partners.
