Information notice on the protection of personal data
The Ministry of Economy informs individuals that personal data are processed in accordance with the provisions of the Law no.133 of 08 July 2011 on the protection of personal data and the Requirements for ensuring the security of personal data when processing personal data in information systems, approved by Government Decision no.1123 of 14 December 2010.
In performing its duties, the Ministry of Economy implements organizational and technical measures to ensure the protection of personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Security Policy.
The processing of personal data, with the exceptions expressly stipulated in Law no.133 of 08 July 2011 on the protection of personal data, is carried out only with the consent of the personal data subject.
In accordance with the provisions of Art.12-18 of Law no.133 of 08 July 2011 on the protection of personal data, the subject of personal data has the right to information, the right of access to personal data, the right to intervene on personal data, the right of opposition of the subject of personal data, the right not to be subject to an individual decision, the right of access to justice.
In order to exercise the rights provided by law, the subject of personal data is entitled to address a written request to the Ministry of Economy, sent to the address: mun.Chișinău, Piața Marii Adunări Naționale 1, MD-2012, or placed in the mailbox, located in the Government House (str.Bănulescu Bodoni).
The applicant also has the possibility to send the digitally signed application via e-mail to secretariat@mded.gov.md.
